What’s your current role?
I’m a senior global channel marketing manager. I help our partners with marketing efforts and help to drive partner-led demand generation campaigns—essentially, helping them become better marketers.
How are you helping your partners?
It’s important to be on the cutting edge, so I like to use new forms of Web 2.0 and social media technologies to help our partners break through the clutter.
What was it like moving to New York?
It was really smooth. We had a lot of help from SAP in terms of visa applications, relocation, and housing. All along the way, I felt strongly supported by the company. And it’s very cool to be in New York.
Do you feel like you’re making a difference?
I’m making an impact by working with our partners and with our different regions. Having a global role certainly gives me the opportunity to meet people all across the world, and it gives a truly global view of our partners and our efforts to help them increase their revenue.
