What’s your current role?

My role is managing strategy, marketing, and communications planning for SAP Custom Development. I help build the growth strategy, provide guidance to marketing, and then communicate that strategy to our own employee base across SAP and to our customer and analyst community.

Any advice for a new employee?

I think SAP has the spirit of a young company, and encourages all employees to evolve and grow. I think there’s just so much opportunity here.

What’s the Business Women’s Network?

Within SAP I’ve had the opportunity to expand beyond my job. I’m very passionate about building an employee community of people that support each other. That’s why I’m one of the founders of the Business Women’s Network in Newtown Square. In this group, we try to develop networking opportunities for the female community, not just within SAP, but also across our customer base and in our partner community. We’ve got a great set of programs that bring the community together to support each other in our daily working lives.

What’s it like working at SAP?

At SAP there’s a spark of energy that goes along with the fact that we’re a very innovative company. That makes SAP an exciting place to work, learn and grow.
