What’s your current role?
I’ve been with SAP for 11 years in various consulting and operational roles at an organizational level. In the last four years, I’ve driven the organization’s business operations for all the global delivery centers.
Any job perks?
SAP gives you tremendous flexibility to perform. You define your own boundaries, and you truly define how far you want to go. It instills a sense of ownership in you to set your own goals and drive high performance. Working for SAP gives me exciting opportunities to travel across multiple continents and I consider myself a true global traveler today.
Have you grown at SAP?
Yes, definitely. But growth doesn’t necessarily mean moving up the hierarchy of an organization. Growth can also mean experiencing broader exposure. And I’ve found that there are so many opportunities to experiment and to gain a richer professional experience.
Advice for new hires?
SAP isn’t just a place to work. It’s an organization with a strong multicultural dimension, and it’s an organization that you can truly belong to and feel proud of.
